Below is an introduction to the products we offer. The consistent theme across our products is that they be made by small producers (with whom we keep close contact) manufacturing in a sustainable manner, at the source.
Wines (available by the case or by the bottle).
The range is selected and imported by us from Italy. All of our wines are certified organic. We select limited production, high quality versions of classic and unusual varieties.
Oils
A changing selection of Extra Virgin Olive Oils chosen for being the best, most typical examples of their region and variety.
Vinegars
A selection of Italian and French versions of an ingredient essential to the cuisines of these countries.
Pasta
Wheat, Rye, Spelt and Chesnut versions of this staple, in different shapes, not only suitable for a variety of dietary requirements, but also delicious in themselves.

Limited production, traditional techniques and locations - along with our insistence on respectful husbandry - are the key features of our delicious cheese selection.
