It is easy to order from Rare & Organic. Simply choose the items you want from the shop page, and enter your credit card details when you reach the PayPal screen. We accept all major credit cards.

1. Delivery charge.
We charge a fee of £6.50 per delivery, regardless of the size of your order, for postage and packaging. This is automatically added to your shopping basket.
2. Perishable items.
We do include 24-hour ice-packs with our perishable items, but Rare & Organic cannot be held responsible for a deterioration in quality if not refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Therefore please ensure that somebody will be available to take delivery of the item.
3. International.
We can ship almost anywhere in the world - please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange this.
4. Delivery times.We ship your goods as soon as possible after you order them, using Royal Mail First Class for smaller orders, or FedEx, our courier, for larger orders. Both methods are overnight. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, but we will advise you if it is likely to take longer than this.
5. Orders subject to prior sale.
Whilst we maintain substantial stocks of our products, there is the possibility that between the placement of your order and its processing current stocks could be taken by a prior order. In this case we will endeavour to contact you immediately and offer a replacement item, a refund, or provide an approximate time-scale for its delivery.6. Refunds and returns.
Our highest priority is your satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order please let us know in writing (via email or post) within 14 days of receipt of your order, explaining the problem. As a guideline we follow the policy below for refunds and returns.
Goods broken or damaged upon receipt: please advise us within 7 days and we will replace them with equivalent or higher-value items.
Unwanted goods: please advise us in writing within 14 days of receipt and we will offer a refund or replacement on return of the goods to us. In this circumstance we are unable to refund the delivery charge.
7. Age restrictions: alcohol and the law.
It is illegal to obtain or attempt to obtain alcohol if you are under the age of 18. By paying for any item containing alcohol on this website, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18.
